I think it is a great thing to fall for a writer or to have a crush for a writer. Words mean everything to romantic people and writer's are masters of words.
The rational and irrational minds are always in conflict. Those in fictional characters in particular. Even when I try to make them all rational and serious, they decide to screw with me by doing or saying something nuts I didn't expect.
