None of this would have been possible if I hadn’t chosen to be open to change, ..I love this Yana. I was just preparing to write about the topic openness. I’m glad you opened up to the world. I would say the same thing- share your story! The only way the world can heal is if we all shine some light on the things that we’ve got lurking and hurting us in the dark.

I found the same when I started writing about hard times in my life. I expected some sort of fallout and it never came. Instead I got support!
